- Total score and ranking position
- Earned CamperCoins
- Unlocked achievements and badges
- Score history and activities

- Visited locations and routes
- Travel notes and memories

- Device information (type, operating system)

- Locations you mark as "public" are visible to all users
- Community-only locations are only visible to community members
- Reviews and ratings are public by default
- Your profile name and photo may be visible with your contributions
- You can set your profile to private in settings

We may share data when legally required or necessary for:
- Complying with legal obligations
- Protecting our rights and property
- Preventing fraud or abuse
- Protecting user safety
7. International data transfer
Your data is stored on Google Firebase servers, which use data centers in the European Economic Area (EEA). Some data may be transferred to the United States under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
All transfers take place with appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
8. Retention period
- Active accounts: As long as your account is active
- Deleted accounts: 30-day backup period, then permanently deleted
- Contributions: Anonymous contributions (locations, reviews) remain after account deletion
- Analytics data: Aggregated data is retained for a maximum of 26 months
- Crash logs: 90 days
9. Your rights (GDPR)
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right of access: View what data we have about you
- Right to rectification: Correct incorrect or incomplete data
- Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"): Delete your account and data

You can delete your account at any time through the app settings under "Privacy & Security". Upon deletion:
- Your personal data will be permanently deleted
- Your photos and profile information will be removed
- Your contributions (locations, reviews) will remain anonymously for the community
- Your scores and rankings will be deleted
- The action is irreversible after the 30-day backup period
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via:
- A notification in the app
- An email to your registered email address
- A message on our website
We recommend checking this page regularly for updates.
